A graduate of The Ohio State University, Karen has 37 years of experience in out-patient orthopedic physical therapy. She became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 1995 and a Full Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 1998. She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner since 2011.
Karen strives to help her patients achieve their best musculoskeletal health through in-depth evaluation and treatment utilizing manual therapy, exercise and home program development. She welcomes opportunities to collaborate with other practitioners.

A graduate of Loma Linda University, Brenda has extensive experience in providing clinical care and orthopedic and manual therapy. She completed the Kaiser Vallejo program in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation as well as the Folsom Physical Therapy Manual Therapy program.
Brenda has special interest in spine orthopedics and working with patients with multiple sclerosis and Parkinson disease, utilizing techniques of tai chi, Pilates and balance retraining. Brenda welcomes opportunities to coordinate treatment with other healthcare practitioners in integrated medicine, Chinese medicine, osteopathy and chiropractic.

A graduate of Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California and a native San Franciscan, Deborah began work as a physical therapist at California Pacific Medical Center in the acute care setting where she worked with orthopedic, cardiac care, and transplant patients. She moved to out-patient orthopedic work first at Red Hawk Physical Therapy and then to Noe Valley Physical Therapy. Deborah is trained in manual therapy. Additionally, she has run both competitively and recreationally since she was in high school.
Our front desk receptionist can assist you in scheduling appointments between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm Monday through Friday. Messages can be left during other hours via phone or email and they will be returned as soon as possible.
We are primarily a fee for service clinic with limited contracts with insurance companies. We accept Medicare insurance and we are not contracted with any HMO plans. As a courtesy to our patients we will file claims with insurance companies for services rendered but ultimately, patients are responsible for their charges. If you are interested in knowing your potential level of reimbursement, please call your insurance company and inquire about their coverage for “out of network physical therapy”. For those without insurance or insurance we are are not contracted with, we offer discounted self pay rates. Please call us for more information on our rates and self pay options.
